Cape Coast Investments was founded with a simple idea: there are a lot of homeowners who need a different way to sell — and the traditional path doesn't fit them.

We started in Atlanta, buying inherited properties, tired rentals, and homes that needed more work than their owners wanted to take on. The pattern was consistent: people wanted a fair number, an honest conversation, and a closing date they could plan around.

We've grown into six markets across the Southeast and Texas. The business has changed. The principle hasn't.
